With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, my journey started in optometry before transitioning into clinic management. Alongside Lucky, I co-own Upright Posture, where I ensure everything runs smoothly while supporting our members through their recovery journeys.
Having undergone basic training in Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC), I truly understand the transformative impact it can have—and I love being part of your journey to a pain-free life.
Extensive Background in Optometry
Before joining Upright Posture, I worked as an optometrist for 13 years, gaining experience in:
- Hospital Eye Units & Specialist Contact Lens Care
- Children’s Eye Clinics & Domiciliary Care
- Laser Eye Surgery & High-Street Optometry
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree in the Field
While I loved the clinical and technical aspects, I found the bureaucracy and sales-driven nature of the industry limiting. I always valued patient relationships over everything else.
Now, as a clinic manager, I get to focus on what I love most—helping people, building connections, and being part of their health transformations.

Why I Love This Role
Being at the front desk allows me to meet incredible people every day. I enjoy listening to stories, learning from our members, and celebrating their victories—both big and small.

I have had the privilege of training with Jesse Jutkowitz, the founder of ABC, giving me a deeper understanding of how intricate and skilled this method truly is. Lucky makes it look effortless, but I know firsthand how advanced and precise it is to get it right!
This experience has deepened my appreciation for the work we do, and I love seeing the transformations that take place in our clinic every single day.
