Advanced BioStructural Correction vs sports massage
For several years, we were never satisfied with the results we were getting with other methods of chiropractic, sports therapy and other soft tissue therapies. Our client’s symptoms often improved but they never seemed to attain an incredible, 100% condition. All the research I found and also my colleagues’ experiences in other fields had the same issues (but most did not admit it). After almost leaving the profession due to this profession-wide lack of efficacy Lucky came across Advanced Biostructural Correction and learned a novel and very interesting take on the underlying cause of painful and stiff joints and muscles.
The reason was:
A bone out of place in a direction that the body could not self-correct because there were no muscles or combination of muscles that could pull the bone back into alignment.

This meant that unless a treatment involves identifying exactly;
- which bones are out of place,
- the direction they are out of place,
- the exact method to correct each bone
- and the correct order to perform the manipulations
you would find that your results would be inconsistent and are not tackling the underlying problem.
The other manual therapy methods and systems, (that we and nearly every other type of practitioner including sports massage therapists were using,) are mistakenly treating the wrong areas with the wrong approach. i.e. releasing the tight and sore muscles rather than correcting the misaligned bones.
The tight and sore muscles were often the site of pain, stiffness, swelling and poor movement but they had become that way as they were overworked compensations. You see, when your alignment is poor, your body collapses under gravity and usually resulting in slumping and pitching forwards. Many muscles of the posterior chain then have to engage in order to hold you up and maintain your balance.
Watch this short video to see this process in action.
Releasing these compensating muscles and other soft tissues with sports massage therapy can give short-term relief but only the exact correction of the primary misalignments will resolve the issue for good. When you improve the alignment of the correct bones, you always get a positive result; no more results where there is no benefit and no more making the situation worse.
Your posture immediately improves and as a result, the muscle tension reduces. With enough corrections, your tight and short muscles return to normal tone AND the weak or underactive muscles also improve their tome. All without having to do specific postural exercises.

We know from experience because we used to use a lot of these other methods including dry needling, kinesiotaping, muscle techniques, rehabilitation techniques and lots more. None of them tackled the underlying problem. Not for us and not for our patients. And these are the usual techniques that sports massage therapists are likely to be using.
Physiotherapists, sports massage therapists, osteopaths, GPs, orthopaedic specialists, and others are generally all focussing on compensations and not on the underlying cause which is driving the problem. Since symptoms are often compensations I now find that symptoms can be misleading;
So where it hurts is not the site of the actual underlying issue.
I.e. if you have a fever the problem is not the fever. The fever is due to your body trying to resolve an underlying issue such as toxicity. Your body is working just fine, the problem is the toxin. If you take measures to control your fever, you are actually interfering with your body’s attempts to detoxify and heal. Even though you may “feel” better in the short term, you may have stopped your body from expelling the toxins which can make your situation worse in the long term.
An example of this from a musculoskeletal viewpoint is that in order to help relieve sciatic pain from a disc bulge, we must improve the alignment of the spine in the upper back as well as the lower back. Using Advanced BioStructural Correction, we achieve 100% success in reducing sciatic symptoms. Yes, every sciatica patient for the last 2 years has had relief at our clinic.

IMore on Advanced BioStructural Correction vs “sports massage near me”.
Treating the bones that are out of place in the correct direction and order is what sets Advanced BioStructural Correction™ apart from every other physical treatment modality, and is what makes it so unique and effective. This is why we only use this method in our clinic and gives us more holistic results compared to “sports massage near me”.
Another unique aspect of the treatment is the releasing of scar tissue that builds up inside the spinal called “meningeal adhesions”. These adhesion are like hard glue and cause adjacent bones to “stick” together. The releases are accomplished with very specific stretches to the spine itself. These types of stretches are called “meningeal releases” and result in immediate, life-changing improvements to posture and skeletal alignment. You won’t get the same results from any other type of stretch.
Treatment with Advanced BioStructural Correction™ results in rapid symptom relief throughout the body and posture correction. Unlike many forms of treatment by other methods, our aim is not only to resolve the symptoms but to reverse the underlying condition and return your body back to the best functional and athletic condition.
In a survey conducted of our clients in 2019, we found:
- 99% rate our treatment effective
- 100% noticed posture improvement
- 96% had symptom improvement
- 91% noticed better breathing
- 95% benefitted from better movement, focus, energy, sleep mood and productivity.
- 99% would recommend us to others
Compared to the results we had been getting with previous methods and current competing techniques and “sports massage near me”, this is astoundingly effective and consistent!
